Hi Patrick.
You do it by turning VR1 and 2 while probing either R9 or R10 for 100mV and output for 0-5mV. In PMI's boards VR1 and 2 are in parallel with R5 and 6 so start the amplifier with these trimmers set to maximum resistance and always keep an eye for R9 voltage during turning.
