Unhappy Ic 221-241 ??

I have many of these ic. however I can not find data sheet ... anyone know what is it??? ... manufactures are old zenith

I'm afraid it's a flash memory for the aerospace industry. Sorry, no data sheet.

You may be confused by that generic image. There are 4 Google references to 221-241; 3 of them to a
Siemens DIP 8 flash memorywhich must be > 14yrs ago, since Siemens semi. became Infineon in 1999.

In the absence of any other DIP 8 references, and that this Siemens component is still on US aerospace
databases, I think you will have to accept that your pic. and description match is the only likely one.
