Thumbs up Le Pacific RIAA preamplifier

I wanna try built this simple, but good RIAA preamp. Sorry I did not find any PCB. I saw a picture (made by Lucy) w/o PCB drawing in this site, but the picture is not enough particular to me. Have anybody idea to build this preamp simple? I ordered quad matched 2SK170 from HK.
