Default Need a replacement for a 2N6728

Hi first post, I need to find an equivalent or replacement for a 2N6728.

The MPSA56 won't do. The current rating is way below the 2N6728.

The actual circuit its used in needs to be studied to see what might be suitable. Without doing that, you have to select devices that are at least as well specified or better than the original.
