Nice build.

But where are the tubes?

All I see is some 2SC5200/2SA1943?

Looks like, they think it sounds as a 300B Tube amp, this is why i'm curious.

Well.
Might be a cirquit there to produce artificial tube sound. (Distortion)

Would make me more curious than even You.

I see four IRFP240 HEXFETS / channel. It has probably a quasi complementary output stage. Not so easy to bias.

What do I think of this? Not a lot. It is all show and no practicality. Yes it may have HexFets, that will make the output stage logarithmic to match the human ear and no, they require very little effort to bias.

Where are the output valves, indeed??

$700 and from Taiwan ... not for me!

Perhaps the seller thinks "300B" is English for "very good name, push audiophile buttons, make lots of money for seller".

It appears to be a Class A single ended solid state amp - otherwise known as a room heater. It might sound nice, it might not. Nothing whatsoever to do with valve amps or 300B.
