Could anyone please give me spice models for these mosfets?
They are not given in the manufacturers website.

I beleive I remember seeing models for the output devices in a soft cover textbook on audio and acoustics by W. Marshall Leach (and also possibly in a Journal of the Audio Engineering Society issue - sorry, can't remember more at the moment). Maybe checking at his web site may aim you to a source of the actual models.
