Raamsa amplifiers

Any opinions on these? I have Raamsa mixing consoles and they are great. I have been offered a couple of amplifiers for cheap. Would come in handy for me because a size, rackmount and balanced ins. They don't sell for much. Could assume by the cheap prices that nobody really wants them.

Ramsa = Panasonic

I repaired 2 of these. Typical Japanese Class AB amp w/ fan cooling for road use. Not any better (or worse) than Crown - Peavey (mid priced). Better than Pyle (junk).

I purchased a couple of RAMSA amps recently because, as mentioned earlier, they are fairly inexpensive for the build quality and the power output.
I have a WP-9440 that I was using in my home theater stack when, while idling, it emitted an extremely loud CRACK sound and now the Protect light stays on permanently for the left channel and won't produce any output.
It also took out the main left output channel on my Carver Sunfire Theatre Grand AV controller (resulting damage upstream from the amp ?????)
The worst is that I can't find anyone qualified to fix either the RAMSA or the Carver AV controller.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
