Accuphase E202 problem

According to the schematic the voltage at the base of Q8 should be 16v, meaning that 10v is missing, where i don't know as all other voltages check out.

I think there it is a problem. The schematic I am using said 4 volts at the base. Now I looked at your schematic and it is showed 16 volts. I do not know which it is correct.

Please accept my apologies I should used your schematic. Any way let start over. Check the voltage at the base of Q7.
