Can I use sanken 2SA2223/2SC6145?
I have a Sony N80ES that has Sanken transistors 2sa1492Y/2sc3856Y. Could I use the Sanken 2sa2223/ 2sc6145? or is there a better Sanken option?
2sa2223, Collector-Base Voltage is 230V. 2sa1492 180V
2sa2223, Collector-Emitter Voltage 230V. 2sa1492 180V
2sa2223, Collector Power Dissipation 160w. 2sa1492 130w
2sa2223, fr 60 Mhz. 2sa1492 20 Mhz
2sa2223, Pf 250. 2sa1492 500
I don't understand the transistor specs and how they influence the amp, so your help would be appreciated.
