Default Bipolar capacitors for decoupling?

I have few Elna silmic2 with 35v rating but my amp psu is +/-55v can I use two capacitors connecting the back to back negative pins so that I can use them as Bipolar and even increases the voltage rating of it?

Default bipolar won't have "negative" pin - no front/back

no, in reverse the polar type only block ~1V so the rating of the pair would only be 35 VDC

in series you can add the V rating - if you provide some way to balance the V across the pair

if you do mean bipolar, full thickness oxide grown on both foils then you still need some V balancing technique to use at higher than individual cap rating

so its better to use two of them in series to get better output voltage but overall the capacitance will be half of the original rating of the cap..
