Could that "B" be an "8"? If so that may be a JRC2068 = NJM2068 = RS components #713-9824 in the UK

That is the same op amp used in the gain stage of the O2 headphone amplifier, just the DIP8 version:
EHP-O2 Award Winning Portable Headphone Amplifier | Epiphany Acoustics
Maybe you could tack solder an DIP-8 socket over the surface mount pads if someone nearby posts with a spare. The pinout is the same with the dip and smd versions.

sofaspud has a good point! The NE5532 would also substitute in a lot of situations. Same pinout:

And, even before that, whether it's actually fried. Why do you think it is?BUT, you should be thinking about what fried it.
Thank you all guys
What caused the failure was one of the guys from the band used one of the amplified outputs from the mixing table in to the line in socket.
This monitor is a piece of junk, the amp inside is actually a chip amp (TDA7294).
Well I got it working, I bypassed the amp and is now been used as a passive monitor till I get the parts from farnell.
Thanks and Merry Christmas to all
