Hafler DH-110 Switches

Is there a source for the various switches used in the Hafler DH-110 preamp? Original or upgrade? Rotary switches are abundant but the push button ones are not, I think.

I am seeking to buy one (1) push button switch cap as used on the DH-110 and DH-330. Not the actual switch, just the black, plastic cap/cover. These plastic buttons are harder to find than one would expect. I have searched on eBay and Mouser with no results. Help!

I'm not sure what cap you need but try going to Mouser, search for 611-8161-201, pull up the data sheet and you'll find all kinds of caps. If nothing there try a different C & K pushbutton switch and pull up the data sheet. C & K also have the little window caps that change color as used on the DH-101 I think.
