Very bad headline. Start a new thread with more exact headline (more exact topic) e.g.:
DIY project power amp from a "???" audio magazin "???" - translating wanted
An other advice:
Modern OCR software like
ABBYY FineReader OCR software for text recognition and document conversion with OCR PDF features
is able to understand all languages in the meantime.
So you can convert this jpg file in an text file. In follow you can try to use the google language tools.

P.S.: is it Thai language ?? Which magazine?

I can' tread thailandese though i can see on your document Vr2...... 60/100.
That is 60 to 100 mA per pair set by Vr2
Which is in the right ballpark for these laterals.

Yes, the text says to set bias to 60 - 100 mA. Otherwice it is a generel description of the circuit, output power and transistors used. To mount the components at the correct position etc.

one other thing i wanted to find out. can i use irfp240/9240 as outputs?

Not without schematic modification.
The biasing voltage is different for vertical mosfets (IRFP) and laterals.
The temperature co. also are opposite.
The bias diode string will not work for IRFP. A vbe multiplier will be needed.
You should go with another schematic unless you have the skill to design the mod.

Short answer: if you build it , respect the project and do it "by the book".
Now, if you find the original lateral MosFets very expensive (I think so), just look for *another* project.
I looked at their page and they also offer bipolar kits, which must be more reasonably priced.
