I will try to build high end like 200W monoblocks and this is my progress thread. Please object and advice, I shall be very grateful.
Enclosure made of thick aluminium, 3 feet for easy adjustment and stability.
Pair of single ended inputs from Neutrik panel mount and High quality Speaker binding posts (pair for bi-wiring although I don’t believe in this ********).
Airflow from bottom.
Inside construction made of mirror polished aluminium.
Aluminium enclosure:
From Czech manufacturer CustomWorks
I have to say, this company (coming from EU) surprised me by their speed, communication and quality of manufacturing. PCB is very thick, almost unbendable, amazing soldering and parts quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
SOFTSTART black
Eloxed aluminium feet 60mm – They actually look much better in real.
In the end it should look something like this:

Just received some early Christmas goodies 🙂
1.
Intelligent soft starts (temperature, soft start, trigger in/out, stand-by, led indications)
with set of pins and connectors from Custom Works.cz
2.
Banana / speaker binding posts (oh boy, they’re heavy!) from Custom Works.cz
3.
2x 600VA toroidal transformers + 2x 30VA tiny ones (for speaker protection units)
from Airlinktransformer.com
4.
Custom made aluminium isolation feet 6pcs (2x 3 for each monoblock)
from Custom Works.cz.
Such a shame, my pictures don’t give them enough satisfaction. In real they look miles better.
5.
Alu enclosures. Sorry for shitty pictures, hope it show up how amazing they look.
Real beauty! It’s a bit messy from unpacking, but be sure the finish is high quality.
I’m still waiting for modules from Anthony Holton, he was ultra fast with his couple-of-days delivery,
but custom clearance takes sooooooooo long. Stay tuned, updates are coming soon.

Very nice housings- where did you get them?
Nice looking project - looking forward to seeing pictures of the finished beasts.

Enclosures should be RE2417WH from SiliconRay. Didn't have a chance to see these but we did a powerbuy for some different ones and, indeed, quality was amazing regardless of (the affordable) price.
Airlink make some nice mains "balanced" transformers. 😉
I have to conform your claims about siliconray.com, service is great indeed! Enclosure looks much better in real. High end quality of finish. Also very friendly communication.
Speakers are very Tannoy like with tulip waveguide.
Attach you pics.
Yeah, it is Tannoy Stirling SE with ST200 super tweeters. I have MSB Platinum DAC3 with McIntosh MC275, Whest audio PS30 phono stage and Transcriptors Hydraulic reference TT. Pretty nice setup.
Heatsinks Conrad 35-70, speaker protection modules and Amp modules from Anthony Holton. All very high quality, simply stunning!

I have finished design of inside construction for amplifier. It should look clean and tidy. CNC milling is from QuickPanel They using their own software which you can download for free. Very simple and pretty powerful program to work with. You can check a price of you design by automatic online calculation. I love it!
1.
Amplifier top plate and milled ventilation grill
2.
Amplifier bottom plate with M3 threads for alu feet and ventilation grill
3.
Aplifier rear plate, 3mm thick black eloxed aluminium and engraved text. I wanted to make it as profession as possible.
4.
Internal rack vertical plates, 5 mm thick crude polished aluminum with holes for M4 screw head.
5.
Internal rack horizontal plates, 5mm thick crude polished aluminum with holes for M4 crew head.
6.
Top and bottom plate before shipping to Quick Panel, hope they won’t mess it up

Hi Martin
Would you have a link to the Quick Panel site?
Keep up the great work, can't wait to see how it all turns out... 😀
Cheers

Hello Anthony,
I'm working on it slowly, but surely 🙂
Unfortunately webpage is in slovak language, but actual program is in english as well.
QuickPanel - Frontpanely na mieru, prístrojové panely, èelné panely, hliníkové panely
I choose them, because they have good reference and they are damn cheap.

Looks good, How did you get around the international shipping address when registering the software?
Anthony
As usual, it belongs to the owner of the commersial product and subsequently is not available to the public.
Author of this great looking modules is Anthony Holton aka The Saint High End Audio MOSFET Amplifiers - Amplifier Modules - DIY Amp Modules - DIY Audio - Amp Kit

My friend did this for me, I'm originally coming from Czech Republic.

This is my progress so far. I have put it together to see where should I make threads for PCB's.
Getting there
Still was waiting for bits and pieces.
