Slow, should be more like 35V~140V/ÁS for the 140V rating for an audio amp.

Only 10mA drive.

$6 each.

You don't have to use it at 140V.

Who cares get some Darlingtons in there.

That's still not a lot of money.

These babies are going to be used as a "buffer-inverter" on my LME49830 boards driving 2SK1530/2SJ201's.

I got some samples and built a little power amp with them driving an out output stage. 1K performance was okay however 10K and up got very ugly very quickly.
