yes, yes and yes again
ofcourse I wouldn't buy one single piece of signed wood either, no way take a look at how many chip amps are built every day is it better because its in a fancy box or built by a famous constructor he claims its better on a certain piece of tested and signed wood and even mounted with cheapest available speaker connects I think its funny |

Makes you wonder how its even legal.
There should be a law that stuff should never cost more than the total combined value of the parts used. Charging for the brand name should be forbidden.

No. Doug's stuff is straightforward and no BS. In fact, he exposed the BS of that Grado unit very effectively and showed how to turn it into something decent.
