Battery Type for Portable Speakers
 
I am building a set of portable wireless speakers to use outside next summer.

I need batteries to power them and am looking at lead acid, LiPo, Lithium-ion,...

Any suggestions?

The battery need not be the cheapest out there but a good mix of total power, lite weight, and reasonable cost.

Oh, I will be using Class D amps and hitting them harder than just background music. (I like to listen loud while doing yard work and the nearest neighbor is a 1/4 mile away. ;-) )

Li-Ion batteries and Class D of some kind.
