There are only very few informations online concerning MM Electronics. Similar situation as to observe about the french vintage brand "POWER"- go to

http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/soli...wer-amp-apk-apx-series-schematics-wanted.html
But with help of the right informations and web addresses I was happy.
Therefore here the same question concerning this brand:
From where I can get schematics and which currently exist manufacturer
has overtaken Mickey Mouse Electronics (MM) ?
Thank you very much for your advices.

I read follow (MM Electronics AP-360):
It's an MM ap360, circa late 1970's. Power is 2 x 240w into 4 ohms.
The ap360 as in the above photo was a 4-unit amp...the one there is the jack plug version (£210 when brand new!), the optional XLR version was £232.
The amp you are refering to Tesla is the slightly more power PA.CE thresham amp,it would give 2x350w,and was in a 3-unit case...both units were made in Royston in Hertfordshire.
The orignal AP360 built in cambridge was 180 w @ 4 ohms
The idear was to produce an amplifer to go against the DC300 in the 70's for studio use
because DC300 was the amp of choise for studios then, so it may have became a budget amp when Pace took over MM in 1980 but was designed for use in studio's.
