what is cy7c6801a pc 645041 and what does it do?
i found a random chip that i was wondering how it works and what it does and what all the different pins do

You must be bored. There are mega random chips that once were used in specific, often digital, applications.
If Google doesn't respond with references to the first character string, it's not worth wasting 5 seconds on. Neither is a random IC grab-bag!

OK, I had more than 5 seconds. Its a Cypress USB controller chip but the chip is probably related to one those on this datasheet. CY7C68013A, CY7C68014A, CY7C68015A, CY7C68016A: EZ - USB® FX2LP? USB Microcontroller High - Speed USB Peripheral Controller - Cypress Semiconductor
