Looking at the BZV60 datasheet it appears to be a 10V Zener with a 500mW rating.
If that is what you are referring to then any 500mW 10V Zener will do the job. |

0.0005A.... so, it is very low....power there is 4 miliwatts.
So, any diode zener will fit, do not worry about the size and watts ratio..even the voltage can be lower or a little bit higher...from 6 to 9 volts will be all right. regards, Carlos
