Replacment for IRF064N
Hi i need to replace IRF064N.
its rated 110A 55V used in car amplifier but Pd=200W. and pulsed current 390A But these are not available here and i have replacement for IXFX52N60Q2 It has high VDss=600v, Id=52A Ipulsed=208A but Pd=700W can it be used as i assume that IRFP064N would not be using that much current as it is connected in pull push 2 pairs for an amplifier for 400W into 4 ohmd i.e. around 10A output so i assume input current would be no more than 15A conitinous olr 30A for pulsed. NB the mosfets are used in primary side of switching on 12V rails. regards |
