Default Amplifier using mosfet irpf9240 ispf240

Hi

i watch on you-tube and wandering why he is using so big capacitors
with irpf9240 ispf240...

If we will have a look to av800 or av1000 amplifier capacitors are 47uf

I've seen that amp before, the one with 14 or 20 o/p devices for 800 or 1000w output - there is also a very handy tip at the end showing matching these fets using nothing more than a 15v supply, 150R 1w res and a voltmeter. I was going to ask about fet matching on here but thought it might be something that required some more sophisticated equipment.
