Just discovered that the website I linked to (MFBfreaks.com) is not exclusively written in Dutch, some parts have been translated into English, German and French.
The theory on MFB is also available in English and German.

Lived in Brussels around the time that Philips was promoting their MFB speaker systems, coveted them at the time..
