Default MJ15024s for Hill LC1200

Hi,

I'm new here.

I'm currently working on a Hill LC1200 with a failed 820 ohm w/w resistor and 8 blown MJ15024 power transistors. Sorted the resistor and got it running with the two good transistors. Don't think I'll try testing it at full power, though Click the image to open in full size.

So I need some transistors. Does anyone happen to have any reclaimed MJ15024s I could have for a nominal sum? Or even an LC series output module. It's obviously an old amp (dated 1990) which is used by a youth group so I'm trying to keep the costs down.

Any thoughts on how well-matched the transistor hfe's should be?

Thanks!

Evette, Sorry for delayed reply. Ideally I could do with 8 or 10 of them, but if you have anything to offer I'd be most grateful.
