Default Cheaper place to get transformers than digikey?

For +/- 10V rails I want to use a offline transformer such as this:

VPT18-2780 Triad Magnetics | 237-1330-ND | DigiKey

Along with a simple linear voltage regulator. Any place to get cheaper transformers?

Antek - Your reliable source of transformers, power supplies, and more.

recycle, e-bay, made in China.

You did not say how much current you need. I bust open a lot of old wall warts. Up to an amp is not hard to find.

Good transformers are not cheap.

I use Farnell and RS in the UK.
They should have international offices.
RS is free p+p.

You could try the "Magnatek/Triad F259/U" sold by ApexJr. It's 20VCT@10A and is the 6th listing on this page:

I've used a lot of Antek power transformers, quiet and dependable.

In the past, at least, mouser.com was usually a little cheaper than digikey, because they had no minimum order or minimum quantity, etc, and had really-low shipping rates.
