I don't know the unit, so...

Power supply fuses? Or speaker fuses?

If speaker fuses, then likley you have DC on the output, start by looking for bad output transistors. If the amp will hold a fuse without a speaker load, then you can find out why the DC is there.

If power supply fuses to the channel blow, again start with looking for shorted output transistors, or posibly an open in the bias circuit.

The 1500e does not use speaker fuses or output relays. it uses quite a sohphisticated protection circuit that includes a crowbar circuit to protect speakers in case of a large dc offset. if the crowbar is triggered it will short out the psu rails to open the fuses. As Enzo says there is also a possibilty that the output transistors could be shorted/Faulty. Please take note that this amplifier uses fairly high supply rails and can deliver a large amount of current please take caution when working on this amplifier..
best regards Mark
