I'm looking for a chassis with heat sinks that would be appropriate for a Pass A40 amplifier or one of a similar size or less. I have found plenty of nice offerings in NZ and east Asia but the shipping costs are prohibitive.

YouAgain,
Look at the thread here for I think it is under vendor or manufacturer on this site. I saw one where there was a US distribution of three different sized enclosures for the group here. It was for the DIY group and they looked real nice. |

heatsink usa do not sell chassis. only sinks.

Two sinks and two plates makes 4sides of a chassis.
You just need to source a top & a bottom to complete the chassis. |

Most people don't have a metal shear and brake to make attractive panels. I'd say virtually no one has that equipment. I bought a small shear and I intend to get a small brake as well.

Antek Inc sells some nice ones in their ebay store - he will combine shipping if you need a transformer too.
