hello
i need power mosfets to make an H bridge for switching pupose specs needed Vds>14V Ids>30A P>50W i found only N channel types ,no complementary p channel. does someone know any complementary pair with those specs? thanx |

Why do you want P-channel devices to make an H-bridge, for a "switcher"? There must be areason why all the commercial H-bridges out there all N-channel.

I think the reason is that the on resistance (often) is lower for N-Channel types than for P's.
For a bridge I think you really only need on type. \Jens |
