Google is your friend - Just about every int. distributor flogs the 2SC5200/A1493 pair including Mouser, Digi-Key RS and E14. If that's not enough variety, Fairchild manufactures clones in the FJP series numbers as well. They are about the most commonly stocked Audio output pair globally.

Suppliers of the SANKEN parts I turned up were the high margin NOS sort, which suggests these are not common but there are even better audio types in the range of TO3P LAPT types (see the SANKEN website) which will likely substitute. Element14, for one source, probably supply SA since the SANKEN distributorship restrictions are a strange reminder of the past with agencies (and prices) varying greatly around the globe according to profitability.
E.g/ Newark (E14 in the US) won't sell you a $3 Sanken but local E14 will, but from a smaller range and a price like $6!

Here, Profusion plc, Audio Semiconductors and Components and prices are about the best youll find for Sankens without taking any risks.

Dont buy 2sc5200 2sa1943 from here they are second source components, not so good.

Consider the 2sa2223 pair from sanken, more expensive but excellent SOA.
Thank you for this advice.
What about the follow versions from Semelab?
