I've come across this module, which is failing with heat. I'd like to source it, but all my searches come up nil so far.
Anyone see this before, and where I can find one?

looks like a hybrid ic.

look for other component like another ic, diode, transistor etc, in close proximity
to it thats also blown.

Yes, it's a hybrid IC. Does anyone know where I can source another one? It's on an inverter power board.
