Enough Voltage but not Ampère...

Why?
I've winded a transformer different times and never get more that 2-3A. It were a PC Power Supply of 350W. It's a classic transformer not a Torroidal...
I reach +/-35V but the A is too low for my amplifier..
What's maybe the reasons?

Is it winded in the wrong way? How should it winded? Or do u think that i should consider to pick another transformer???

If you're trying to rewind a ferrite core transformer from a switched PSU to function as a regular 50Hz mains transformer, my advice is definitely to stop. It's not supposed to work at that frequency, and you're dealing with deadly voltages here!

He is trying to use it as a SMPSU...but I think his input current is definetly not enough...from the previous posts that he had...

What are the dimensions of the core (cross-section area of the middle), what is the secondary wire diameter, do you use EI transformer with or without air gap?

There's a picture of it there...shows a PC EI core got scrapped for his trafo...

Now with a chargedcar battery (i don't know ho many current produced but a lot i think! ) i've +/-36V@7.5A!!

Told you it wad the input current...7.5A is definetly enough for an amp...
