Enough Voltage but not Ampère...

Why?
I've winded a transformer different times and never get more that 2-3A. It were a PC Power Supply of 350W. It's a classic transformer not a Torroidal...
I reach +/-35V but the A is too low for my amplifier..
What's maybe the reasons?

Is it winded in the wrong way? How should it winded? Or do u think that i should consider to pick another transformer???
