Which transistor is good one??

Without X-ray vision, I'll guess the OP has 3 different brands of 2N5401 and wants to know if theyre genuine.

OK, educated guess:

Left is Korea
Center is Japanese
Right is possibly a cheap knockoff

In the middle is the best one. The "Y" I think represents a higher class of hfe, and they do have high hfe, just measure it with DMM. Whatever the brand, if it measures better then I think it should be a better transistor.

left one by KEC, middle one unknown but looks good quality, right one by CDIL
