Default Need help with IC connection

I have 2 ICs, one 2x12 the other 2x10, each appear to have 3mm spacing. I need to solder or crimp wire to them. I'm looking at Digikey for something to plug them into that I can connect to but don't really know what I'm looking at.

There's no PCB, just the chips themselves. TIA, Bill

its 2.54mm or 1/10th of an inch for standard thro-hole DIL ICs.
chip sockets or header sockets. turned-pin are the better type overall.

DIP packaged IC's ?? You can get DIP sockets which will work. For this particular application I'd suggest ones with turned pins.
