TIP142/147 are not very suitable for class D. They are Darlington transistors so they have very high current gain and would be suitable to drive a 2R speaker. You would still need a drivers stage after the VAS. I'm sure there are circuits in the forum that would help. Perhaps here... Just manipulate the circuit to work for your conditions.

Watch out for fakes, I was sold some fake TIP141's once from, Mouser of all places.:mad: That's what you get when you shop by price, I should have known better.:p

You can buy mosfet and chips such as TL074 from Malaysia, there is no politic issue between iran and Malaysia country. or u can make class AB amp and connect your kenwood sepaker in series to have 4 ohm load. Your choise :D
