Default Decoupling supply

Hi to all
Connect more amplifier stages sometimes may only work on s.p.i.c.e.
but in reality feedback of power rails (above all class B) creates only a power oscillator.
Normally it use these solutions for decoupling supply of Voltage Amplifier Stage :
* Bootstrap capacitor
* Costant Current Source
* R-C filter
* R-C-Zener
* Separate supply
* others
Some examples :
I need comments about "100W power amp. elektor april 1982"
C5 = 220u 40V as bootstrap capacitor that decouples supply for T4 (BC639)
Also differential amplifier decoupled with zener.
DIY Audio Power Amplifier modules : DIY Audio (to see schematics )
Decoupling CCS with T3 & T6 also decoupled with RC filter

advantages and disadvantages of these solutions ?
how they sound ?
