Just comming from my stock i remind that i found in industrial power sypply that was rubbish some interessing small heatsink. Heatsink footprint are (L)32mmx(d)20mm and (h)32mm for the 9 smaller unit and 43mm for the 4 other unit. The 43mm could serve i think for cascode vas transistor in TSSA BIGBT HP.

I will assemble a board tomorrow.

I still need the renesas types. I will also tomorrow receive 2 x 250VA with 2x25VAC toroids.

But i hope, i will receive the mosfet Monday.
