Default AV-7000 amp, sub pre-out work from digital in???

I have read the manual but it doesn't say to much about it. I would like to connect a cd player via digital and hopefully the subwoofer pre-out works, it would be awesome if the subwoofer pre-out was low pass and adjustable frequency too.

it doesn't say if the subwoofer pre-out works from the digital input

the link is a photo out of the manual of the Kenwood AV-7000
