Default Exposure XXV noise problem

I have an Exposure XXV amp and I'm getting distortion on one channel.

It's intermittant and exhibits it's self as high frequency >5mhz bursts synchronised with the input signal.

The noise disappears if the load is removed.

Changes in input frequency can make the noise go.

I was thinking of replacing the signal transistors, but there are some ztx384/214's in there which are obsolete.

I'll replace the polystyrene caps to see if that cures it.

Any other ideas?
