Default 2way active split for Bi-amp amplication

Hi all!
I have already sent Apexaudio a PM with regards to this!
If anyone has something (ideas, schematics, layout) to add to this, please feel fee to do so. The circuit should include a balanced input, unbalanced input, a master volume, and Hi & Lo tone controls.
This application will be used in a pro audio powered speaker used for PA.
