Default Manufacturer of this 2N5858 ?

Hi,
I recently bought some old 2n5858's from a local supplier but I couldn't identify their brand. They have a "T" like emblem. Another thing is 5858 specified as TO-105 case but these are TO-39. I think it is better get some info about their manufacturer prior a suspicion.

Not all manufacturer are to find like Tungsram about

Elvee here you are.. I was about to issue this in Circlophone thread for make you aware of this but it is not necessary so far.

tiefbassuebertr, thank you for link. I'm aware now these BD140's are from Harris. It seems it is best for asking about parts to solid state gurus here.
