Default What kind of receiver is this? (Vintage)

I was just given this old thing.

I have no ide what is is. No stickers, no logos ... nothing. All I know, is what you see here.

It looks like it used to be a pretty sweet thing. Expensive components, nice layout, shielding etc.

But what is it? Any ideas or suggestions?

I seem to remember that slanted writing.
Thinking its european, possibly Tandberg, but I am far from certain.

The radio is the metal box. You'll have to post pictures of the inside of it if you want your question answered.

The images you've posted are of the tone controls and the 2 channel amp.

It's a Sonab R-3000.

Sonab didn't design their own amplifiers (I think, not 100% sure on that). It was mainly a speaker brand (they used to sell the Carlsson speakers, quite famous in their time). There are a number of models, R-2000, 3000, 4000, 4000-2, 4000-3, 7000 and possibly more. There was also at least one separate amplifier, P-4000.

I was thinking Bang & Olufsen myself, but Coconuts is spot on. Here is another pic:
