Recently acquired a Cambridge Audio P100 amplifier with no output from one channel. I believe I've tracked the problem down to 2 ME4101 transistors in the R channel of the Power amp board but cant find a source for them anywhere.
Does anyone know a suitable substitute or anywhere that sells the damn things ? There are 2 per channel (top corners) : ![]() Thanks for any help |

Looking at the datasheet, any modern to-92 device should work.
