I have had this amp under the stairs for a couple of years. I remember a friend giving it to me when they moved house and didn't want to lug it about anymore. I played on it a few times and it's pretty loud.

Anyway brushing off the cobwebs to do a gig at my brother's wedding in june and need to get it ship-shape.

I've plugged it in to see if it still works which it does. Horrible crackles on most pots but I believe this can be fixed. I also opened it up to check there were no obviously dodgy components(don't want to start a fire!) and found these two big ol' capacitors have spewed on the pcb below them.

The full text on them reads:
TTT
RED POS.3300uF
40v D.C.
CAN NOT ISOLATED
KB10A BA 7919

Would I be right in thinking I should replace these and will these do the job? Will I need to clean up that PCB and how should I do it?
Also any tips or things I should really know before I get cracking would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry if this is all a bit simple but I am a complete novice.
