for $100 I think it will be not easy to find that kind of amp with all those requirements!!!!

If everybody of you think that the pyle previously shown could be enough power i will take it but i really want big power and i can go (big max) to 150$
The Pyle mentioned earlier (by me) is probably not very good, but you are asking for a ridiculous amount of power for very little money. A Behringer A500 is the cheapest quality way to the most watts that I know of. Actual for real quality thousands of watts costs a lot of money to do.
If you're looking to blast a lot of volume the fastest way there is highly efficient speakers, rather than a huge amp. Find something 95+ db / watt and it'll play very loud with 50 or 100 watts. This is a Do It Yourself board, so I'm not really sure what commercial product I'd tell you to buy. If you wanted to make something I'd suggest you start looking around here for threads about the Beta 12 LTA driver. Maybe like http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/full-range/179161-beta-12lta-3cf-box-port-size.html, but there are other good threads regarding this driver as well.

I get about 119db standing in front of my speakers with 4 X 12's and 4 X10's with a 500 watt per channel amp.

I don't want to know what ratios you are all quoting.
But it seems that at least some of you do not realise that dB is a ratio comparison.
