FET Marking Code (SOT-23) "C1 TIB" - which type ??
The J/SST111 FET series consists of all-purpose analog switches
designed to support a wide range of applications. Marking code by Vishay (Siliconics) is "C1" - go to http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/data...shay/70232.pdf I want to know the type number of marking code "C1TIB" This transistor serves as mute control FET (shorting signal input pad of Linn's LK85/LK140 to GND). Who know this? Thank you for your advices |
