Technics su-v2a problem

Hello

I have a problem with an old Technics su-v2a amplifier. It plays very decent for about an hour, but then the right channel goes almost silent. Left channel works fine. If I change the input, with the selector, and then revert back, the right channel comes alive again. There seems to be nothing wrong with the wiring or the speakers.

Any help or thoughts on what might be causing this, is much appreciated. Thanks
