I have a temptation to build the Musical Fidelity A1. The circuit is very symmetrical and may be by matching both positive and negative the result will be good.
But how is the performance of this amplifier compared to JLH with 2 paralleled transistor? What transistor do you use in the A1? And what is the best transistor for the Musical Fidelity A1? |

A1 have just 7 to 8 watts in A class
for me JLH is better. transistors for A1 are 2n3055 and BDX18
