The similar looking 2N3773 endowed CK1100 kit power amp was 100w per channel 8 ohm, 140w 4 ohm. The CK1100 had 4 smoothing caps and 2 chunky metal bridges to feed each module separately with +-50v but using the one mains transformer that looks much the same size as yours (the CK1100 transformer is 6" diameter). Your amp has 2N3055's so all in all, power may be a bit less. I seem to remember Crimson had a few 80w amps so this may be one of them.
The power amplifier is made a Crimson 40W +40W kit using the CE608 modules. The ones in this kit are issue 4 and were superseded in 1979. Crimson produced these type VII PCB which was much better particularly in the bass until 1999. The T03 devices were then replaced by plastic ones in the type VIII PCBs. Newer remanufactured PCBs are available. The electrolytic capacitors will need to be replaced due to aging. Some improvements in wiring and insulation needs doing to meet modern safety standards. The small PCB looks like a home brewed preamp supply.

or switch on delay or both, it's not a preamp supply board.
