This means an other P-170 version ?? - go to post #59 aboutIt could be that this is an A1 Final, which according to Mark Hennessy, is really a B200 with an opamp input stage driving lateral MOSFET outputs. In that case they used BUZ900/905 MOSFETs. What does the PCB say near the outputs?

Those are probably the date codes not the type number
Originals are actually 2N3055 and MJ2955 marked as A1N and A1p
MJ15003 and MJ15004 can be used as an improvement.
