NAD P2100 amp with power envelope

Hello my name is Rick
I could use some help or advice,I have a Nakamichi TA-3 with a
Stassis amp inside ,it,s been a great set up till now ,had it in for
repair twice in the last three months keeps shutting down ,maybe it,s days are over.
I would like to know because my Daughter has a chance to pick
me up a NAD P-2100 amp with power envelope ,any one out there
know if this unit will sound as good as my Nakamichi did.I do have
a NAD disk player and a Nad tuner ,I think all I would need is a pre
amp to get this NAD set up and working,I thank you for your time
any advice would be helpful to me ,I don,t know much about these
sets ,just want to have some thing as good or better than the Nakamichi.
It could be I would be better to try and find a repair shop in my
area to rebuild mine I live in Hamilton Ontario anyone know
a good repair shop that could do this,Thanks again all the very best Rick
